Goal
Using existing brand guidelines, develop a refreshed e-commerce experience that meets current requirements while driving growth in partnerships and customer acquisition. The design aimed to modernize the interface while maintaining consistency with the established brand identity.
Approach
• Conducted an audit of the existing e-commerce platform to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborated closely with the account manager to gather insights into customer needs and preferences, ensuring the design addressed real-world use cases.
• Created UX artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, to visualize and validate new workflows.
• Developed a cohesive design that balanced functionality with aesthetics, aligning with the brand's visual guidelines.
Impact
The redesigned e-commerce platform improved the overall user experience with a streamlined and visually refreshed interface. The project aligned with Functional Devices’ branding and supported its business goals by enhancing usability and accessibility. The collaborative approach ensured the final design met customer needs, driving engagement, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
